Delivery
Bioscor offers two methods of shipping; Standard or Courier.
Bioscor offers free Standard shipping with a minimum purchase amount. This amount varies depending on your country/region. Please add your items to cart to and go through the checkout options to see the shipping costs and options.
Courier shipping will incur an extra cost depending on order amount. Depending on your delivery address, the courier may incur a remote area surcharge; Bioscor will contact you first to inform you of this surcharge to be paid. Due to our current system we are unable to calculate this remote area surcharge during checkout. For remote area coverage, please see here. This is up to the courier and beyond our control.
Following your payment of products, your products will be dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery may take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on shipping method chosen. Bioscor will not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to consequential loss) resulting from the conduct of the third party delivery provider.
Once your order has arrived at its destination country, it falls to the responsibility of the local transport company/post office for delivery. For any questions regarding final mile delivery, please contact the local branch of the transport company/post office.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided address. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.
All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient/purchaser.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If the product is damaged (e.g. leakage of solution), please contact us immediately to organise a replacement/refund.
