How To Use

Below is our recommended treatment routine. It's simple to follow and will eventually be a natural part of your routine (just like brushing your teeth!). 

 

Oral Supplement

Take one AO Multivitamin Forte tablet, once per day, preferably after a meal.

 

Washing your Hair (once or twice a day)

Wash your hair with AO Scalp Cleansing Shampoo or AO Anti Dandruff Shampoo. Gently massage your scalp. Rinse off thoroughly. Apply AO Hydrating Conditioner ensuring even coverage of your hair. Rinse off thoroughly and blow dry hair.

 

Applying Topical Solutions
Morning
On a clean and dry scalp, use the provided pipette to apply 1-2ml AO Activator or AO Forte on affected areas and spread evenly with fingers. Allow solution to dry. 

Night
On a clean scalp, apply approximately 1ml of AO Booster* onto the affected areas and gently rub it in using fingertips. Follow by application of AO Activator or AO Forte.
 

Note: You may choose to use your AO Minoxidil solutions only once per day; just apply it at night before bed. However, for maximum results, we recommend applying it twice a day. 

 

Microneedling
Once a week, use the AO SkinStamp, after washing and drying your hair. Stamp the affected parts of the scalp using firm pressure, going over each part of the scalp 3 times. Followed by applying your topical solution(s).
