Its potent anti-fungal and antibacterial formulation quickly addresses these conditions, returning the scalp to a normal healthy state.
Zinc Pyrithione
- Works by targeting the yeast-like fungus Malassezia, which is one of the main causes of dandruff. Zinc pyrithione is effective against Malassezia, preventing it from growing and reproducing.
Sodium Shale Oil Sulfonate
- Treats and prevents dandruff by slowing the proliferation of skin cells, whilst providing anti-inflammatory benefits by reducing itching and redness of the scalp.
